Start your day off with challenging yet doable workout. Stations are set up in the gym, challenging your core, cardio and upper & lower body. Compound Movements, body weight, weights, TRX, Bosu, Ball, Gliders, Skipping ropes and more are used to have an AWESOME workout.
A guided class where the instructor will lead you through a full body workout. Come a little early to set up your step and grab your weights & mat. A varied workout each class, that will leave you feel great, sweaty and knowing you worked hard!
STEP & SCULPT
In the weight room, a full body workout utilizing the various weight machines, kettle bells, Bosu, TRX, dumbbells, treadmill and more. 40 to 60 second work to 15 to 20 second rest periods. Perfect for every level, just bring your energy, water and get ready to work and sweat! Note: Monday 9am are Circuit in the Weight Room, just like Spartacus.
Various stations set up throughout the gym that work the upper and lower body, core and cardio. Work time is 30 seconds with 15 second rest. Each class the exercises are different to allow your body to work hard without the workout becoming stagnant. This class is great for every level.
This class targets lots of different muscle groups at once for total body toning. Boosts your heart health. You not only get aerobic benefits (it really gets your heart rate up!), you also get anaerobic benefits –the kind that help you maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system. Helps you de-stress. Class combines body strength exercises along with free weights, Bosu and Trx. GREAT FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS!
A complete 1 hour stretching taking you from head to toe. Every class has the classic stretches, yet additional stretches are added to address various issues that can bother us at times, like lower back pain, sciatica, knee and shoulder pain, hip and neck concerns. A variety of equipment is used to aid in getting a full stretch, equipment like foam rollers, elastic bands, rubber balls, and more. Enjoy an hour dedicated to lengthening your muscles, releasing tension, focusing on your breath and letting all your hard work of exercising be effective. *Mats and all other equipment provided.
STRETCH IT OUT
This Tabata class is an exhilarating workout, with a combination of 1 to 4 exercises in a set, where you go as hard as you can for 20 seconds and then 10 second rest for 8 rounds, by time the hour is up you will have completed 7- 9 sets with a great stretch at the end. What a way to start your day!

HOT YOGA COMING
An exceptional one-hour regime of ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training using a ballet barre. This total body conditioning technique has been intertwined to create an intense workout, geared to transform and sculpt your entire body. The classes are fun, supportive and in a high-energy environment. Open to all levels.

A fun and dynamic workout that builds strength, flexibility and endurance while burning calories and strengthen your core. Regular training on the TRX will improve your performance in daily activities, recreation and sport. A safe and effective total body workout, perfect for beginners or the advanced user.
Whether your first time or a season pro spinner, with great music and variety of challenges on the ride this workout will get your heart pumping. Each class the instructor shares how to set up your bike and how to keep in a range that is suitable to your level, helping you be your best! Come 10 minutes early to set up your bike and get ready. We have terrific regulars that come and are super helpful too, so come try it out and see for yourself.
30 MINUTE workout on the bike followed by an Upper body workout off the bike. Great for all levels!
