Pam is certified through Canfitpro and has a vast love for sports and getting the most out of life. Pam continues to coach rugby and has coached for the past 24 years! She has a sports science background, is a Sports Nutrition Advisor and a Certified Life & Mental training coach. These past few years Coach Pam has been working with athletes, individually and in a team setting going beyond physical training, she addresses food to fuel, to build and to recover and the mental training side of competition to have the mindset of a champion.

Pam brings all her passion and expertise to all her clients with specialized programs that encompass the ‘whole person’ to ensure as success is reached in the gym… it is enhanced through nutrition and having the proper mindset to achieve and excel in other areas of your life.

Amy has been in the health and wellness business all her life. Amy is very devoted to her clients and truly cares about each and everyone of them. Amy believes health and wellness is the key to a successful and fulfilling life. In order to keep up with Amy's busy life she needs to eat for energy and vibrancy and incorporates fitness, yoga, and mediation into her daily life. Amy is now the lead instructor at Sweat Yoga Studio, specializing in the Original Hot Yoga (Bikram Style)  Amy is here to help you get YOUR GROOVE back and life a fulfilling life. Along with  personal training, group fitness trainer, Zumba Strong Instructor.. Amy is also Raw/Vegan Chef, Hot Yoga Guru and Meditation advocate. 


Sage started his athletic career on Vancouver Island by accepting a football scholarship with the VI Raiders in 2008. He won two national championships before leaving the sport competitively due to a shoulder injury. Following the sport of football and a lengthy rehab Sage became a certified personal trainer through Canfitpro and began working in several gyms around Nanaimo. During his time on Vancouver Island, Sage has graduated from VIU with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and helped 100’s of clients become fit and healthy in both the Nanaimo and Parksville area. Sage can help anyone regardless of their gym experience through the knowledge he gained from his degree & time as competitive athlete, through proper strength training techniques, boxing skills, and knowledge of injury rehabilitation.


Sue’s passion and enthusiasm for fitness and healthy eating began with her journey for a healthier lifestyle.  Through changing her eating habits, boot camp, running and a strong desire for a healthier body she lost over 80 lbs and has maintained the weight loss by integrating healthy eating habits and fitness as a regular part of her everyday life.  Sue is a great listener and cares for her clients, really understanding the emotions that need to be dealt with on the road to better health.  Sue runs our learn to run program and has taken clients that have never run before to running their first 10klm races to half marathons.
