Release and Restore

A deeply healing practice that nourishes body and soul which is suitable for all levels and safe for those recovering from injury. Restorative Yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body in restful positions. The focus of the practice is to restore the central nervous system and the internal systems of the body. The class is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation. During the deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited. You can expect improvement in digestion, sleep patterns, reduction of muscle tension, and lessened generalized fatigue.

Yin 75 -Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. Asanas may be held from 45 seconds to 10 minutes. Props are used throughout this class.
